The current situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is serious and our nation, state and company are doing everything possible to “flatten the curve”. Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers and governments around the world who are on the front line working to contain this virus.
As many of you know, Ohio does have active cases right now with more new cases expected over the following weeks. This makes it challenging to project what will be happening tomorrow, next week or next month. Information and policies are changing rapidly, with new updates coming by the minute at the local, state and federal levels. We are doing our absolute best as a company to stay on top of these updates and to make real time decisions for the best of our company, employees and customers. With that preface please read the following guidelines with the understanding that they could change as we get new information.
If you have an open order with us:
We are currently at full production in our manufacturing plant and fully staffed in our shipping department and sales office. We will do our absolute best to meet the ship on date. If you would like to adjust the ship date or make changes to the order, please let us know.
If you have an open quote with us:
Per our usual policy, we will honor the pricing until the expiration date on the quote.
Our specials will expire on March 31, 2020. We understand that some companies may prefer to wait until April to make a purchase. If you have an open quote with products that are priced with ARA pricing we will extend that pricing until April 30, 2020.
If the federal or state government mandates a shutdown of business we will do our absolute best to comply with the specifics of the mandate. Obviously this will drastically impact the manufacturing and shipping of orders. We have the ability to access our ERP software and emails remotely so we will do our best to keep our customers informed of any and all updates, should such a situation arise.
Granite Sales Rep Update:
Granite sales reps will be not be on the road for the remainder of March. They will still be available via phone and email but they will no longer be visiting clients or delivering product. We will update this policy again on April 1.
